Good morning!
It’s Thursday morning and I just realized…..
I am HUGELY in danger of getting fat in the future. 🙁
The fact I cannot walk well anymore….it’s sooo tempting
to simply hibernate in my chair and say, Poor me! Forget
exercising!
I just cannot give myself permission to do that….but wow,
it’s SOO tough. So I’m really focusing on getting out of my
chair every hour to simply *move* (I have an exercise bike
by my computer, and watch videos while doing it).
