Good morning.

Yes. it IS morning and wow, what a night.

I have recognized I’m almost in classic crash-and-burn
sequence….so I’m backing of HUGELY on work today
and just taking it easy. I don’t mind zooming along
at a million miles an hour but yep…when the body
talks, I have learned to listen.

So! This morning the husband is taking me out
to IHOP for steak and eggs (and bacon!), and after
I get back home….yep.
