Good morning!
It’s Wednesday morning
and I’m earlobe deep into
getting my latest, Social SEO

And in other news, I’ve added
taking the remaining kids
to the gym every afternoon!
My local Planet Fitness has
a deal for $10/month that includes
ALL cardio machines (not just
treadmills for kids). We went
yesterday and it worked out
great – almost an hour of
family workout time (machines,
cardio, etc.etc.etc.). Now,
true, I cannot do much these
days…. but recumbent biking
(plus strength training) is still
feasible!
