Client follow up managers – If you’re like me, you probably HATE getting on the phone to upsell clients or give them any bad news. Over the past year I have found a handful of `client relationship’ specialists who will not only follow with your client anytime you need, but are excellent at upselling other services, especially higher-ticket services.
