Mornin’!
It’s Saturday morning, well, okay, actually, it’s
3pm. My apologies for the lateness of this – at 4:30am
this morning, I was on the beach in NJ to shoot
the memorial Beach Training for Lincoln High.
He’s the son of my former sensei who passed away
very unexpectedly last year – I built the memorial
site, http://www.howardlincolnhigh.com/ , for his
family.
He was truly an extraordinary young man, and
touched lives beautifully indeed.

So….I guess I’m pretty pensive now. Not only that…I’ve
also realized that one can never return to the past. When
you’ve moved on, you’ve moved on…and you need to embrace
and live that whole-heartedly indeed.
So I’m processing this now.
